Is it true that cycling is convenient in Amsterdam?

It’s true. There are more cyclists in this city than motorists. You can also find bike lanes, traffic lights, and car parks almost everywhere. Have you ever seen multi-story bicycle-car parking? You can see them In Amsterdam.

Are motorways in Europe toll-free?

There are some countries in Europe where most motorways are toll roads, for example, France, Italy (in some southern regions they are free), Spain (only in the North), Portugal, Great Britain (only certain sections are subject to a toll). To drive on Swiss, Austrian, and Bulgarian motorways, you must buy a special sticker. In the European part of Russia, roads are mostly free, but in some places, there are some paid sections (near Moscow, St-Petersburg, and toward Rostov-on-Don).

Keep in mind that there are free alternative roads next to toll highways. They are usually worse and narrower than toll roads but panoramic. They are often called national roads.

Is it safe traveling in Spain?
